CRGI Solutions is a multi-disciplinary engineering design consultancy, with mechanical engineering at our core and in-house capability across process, electrical, automation and software — built to close the gap most firms leave when they design one discipline at a time and add the rest later.
Founded on integration
Founded in Wrexham in 2023 to deliver engineering solutions where mechanical, process, electrical and automation requirements are considered together from the start. Most firms specialise in one area and leave the interfaces to someone else.
Built to a standard, from day one
ISO 9001, 14001 and 27001, SafeContractor and Cyber Essentials were built in early — foundational, not bolted on. We invested from the start in 3D scanning, CFD, AR/VR and rapid prototyping, and we run our own infrastructure, so client IP never passes through third-party services.
Proven where it's hardest
The projects that shaped us are the difficult ones: regulated, high-complexity work under real time pressure, from cleanroom systems to complex retrofits. Where a conventional firm would hit delays, our multi-disciplinary approach and built-in contingency keep delivery on track.

Our Ethos
Sustainability and efficiency should be easy and reducing impact by reducing usage should always be a net saving to all. We actively enable companies to improve rather than replace, while reusing as much as possible. Our workplace is remote-first to reduce waste and footprint, and our resource use is renewable.
Marrying technological problem-solving with efficiency will naturally lead to a reduced environmental impact for all, while reducing costs.

"Right on time" beats "right first time" on a bespoke build. You'll never get a prototype dressed up as a finished product. Where there are unknowns, we test them as part of the job.
