Process plant.

Bespoke process-plant design for demanding and emerging processes — built around the real constraints of the site rather than ideal ones, and de-risked with analysis before anything is committed to steel.

How we approach it
01

Built for the site you have

Plant that works on paper often will not fit, will not be serviceable, or cannot be installed through the doors that exist. We scan the site early so the design is working from measured reality rather than a drawing that was accurate a decade ago.

02

Emerging processes, first-of-a-kind

Containerised chemical systems and skid-based plant share a problem: there is no previous unit to copy. That is where prototyping and subsystem testing during the design phase stop being a luxury.

03

Analysis before commitment

CFD on flow and mixing, FEA on structures and pressure parts, and the engineering calculations behind them. The point is to spend the uncertainty in the design phase, where it is cheap.

04

Skid and container packaging

Where it makes sense we package plant into skids or containers so the difficult work happens in a workshop rather than on a live site, and the installation window shrinks to something a client can actually plan around.

The earlier we're in, the more paths are still open. Bring us the problem, not a finished specification — we'll tell you what's actually possible and what it will take.
